Install SkyWatch on your Home Screen first
iOS Safari doesn't support web push on its own — Apple only allows it inside installed PWAs. SkyWatch won't appear in Settings → Notifications until you install it.
- In Safari, tap the Share icon ⬆ at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down the sheet and tap Add to Home Screen
- Tap Add in the top-right
- Close Safari, open SkyWatch from its new home-screen icon (standalone mode)
- Come back here, tap the Push alerts toggle — iOS will now ask for permission
- After you Allow, SkyWatch appears in Settings → Notifications too
